Prolonged stress increases risk factors such as; cardiovascular disease, psychological disorders, and musculoskeletal disorders. Weak posture has been linked with shortened life spans. How our bodies process and manage stress determines whether this stimulus becomes good or bad. This workshop will cover common signs and symptoms of stress, strategies on how to deal with it, and exercises for the neck and back to help alleviate it. This workshop can help add many QUALITY years to your life!!!
